At LaptopDesktops.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • Products damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
  • Items clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  3. Ship the product securely using a tracked courier service to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges
